How is Reiki different from other therapies?

Reiki is holistic, its approach works with not only the symptoms an individual experiences but the root cause of the imbalance as well.

is not affiliated to any religion or faith group. Reiki can be used in many different ways to enhance your life. However if you wish to practice reiki and heal yourself, family or friends you have to receive a reiki attunement by a reiki master who has received reiki training.

Reiki helps to restore the body’s natural ability to heal and create balance

Reiki Level One

Reiki Level one, is the first level and introduces you to reiki. The course generally is held over 2 days and includes a discussion about healing, chakras, energy and an overview of the history of reiki, the five principles and how you perform a healing treatment. You will be attuned with Reiki 2 symbols and given various course materials, meditations and tools to help you practice Reiki.

Reiki Level Two

Reiki Level two should be completed at least 6 months after you have completed Reiki level one. During this period you will begin to practice daily self treatments, started journaling your experiences and you will have sent me 3 case studies, outlining treatments you have given to your friends and family. Reiki can be used in many other ways as you will learn during Reiki level one. At this level you will learn further how to practice distant healing and you can practice Reiki as a fully certified Reiki practitioner.
