One day you feel alone, detached due to your illness
One day you listen to the negative dialogue, you believe it’s lies.

One day you see a slither of light
One day you hear the birds sing
One day you realise you can sit a different way
One day you love your strength
One day you realise your not alone
One day you realise you got through this
One day that song triggers a distant memory, and makes you smile. That deep soulful loving memory
One day you realise it’s not a race; you can stop and enjoy your creativity
One day you connect to spirit, god, universal energy of pure love
One day you realise you don’t have to rush, you are in charge of the pace
