I’ve been practising gratitude for a number of years. I always feel better when I list at least 3 things I’m grateful for. I’ve written about this subject previously and you can find a more in-depth post about my own experiences of Gratitude.

Today I’m grateful for
I’m grateful I did yoga today, which helps my anxiety and fear
I’m grateful I had a tarot customer
I’m grateful I have heating to keep my warm
