How to Manifest Self-Love…

I am inspired by many spiritual books, The Rules of Life, His Holiness The Dalai Lama, The Way to Freedom, Light is the new black, The Power of Now, The Inner Fix and The Universe Has Your Back.

However I wasn’t so sure how to manifest, really manifest. I meditate, I use affirmations to increase self love, but how do you manifest self love? 💖

I’m very good at visualising situations and I have since I was 18. I visualised a situation or a feeling, for example a feeling of calmness, a great night out, a country I wanted to travel to and it would happen (different priorities when your 18) I used this method way, way before I even knew what manifestation was.

Is this manifesting?, Maybe it is?

The above quote really resonated with me. Moreover imagine how amazing you would feel if you followed the advice conveyed in the quote? You would feel amazing, for me healthy self love is a beautiful thing, and an act of kindness.

For me changing my mindset and using positive affirmations, has helped bring more positivity into my life and more joy. It’s all a work in progress, and I’m also learning everyday. I use the following methods below.

  • I write affirmations in the notes section of my iPhone
  • I write them on my bedroom mirror
  • I write them in my journal
  • I speak to the universe, basically I talk to myself

My manifesting and self love can be sporadic. I have blips, we all do. I am kind to myself if I do and this is when I really use my journal. I reflect on how I am feeling at the time, what evidence I have for this feeling and how I can change this feeling. However, I wondered if my sporadic self love manifestation is related to my beliefs, or the words I use.

How do you manifest self love? 💖

It’s all energy, for example I felt I should change my language and use I am statements.I am loved, I am calm, I am beautiful inside and out or I manifest great things into my life. The affirmation below is one of mine, which I love to create.
