I have written a post about gratitude , how I embraced it last year. You feel better, less stressed, more aligned, in the now. While I’m in the early stages of this journey, I’m yet to find gratitude in the bad experiences; which shape us. The article below so eloquently guides you through the process and the stages of gratitude. I don’t make resolutions anymore but if I did, practicing gratitude is a great one to pick! ✨

I agree gratitude is a great resolution. The research shows it can really make a difference to how we feel. I wrote a little blog about five different ways of setting up a gratitude practice. I think so often people feel that there’s only one way to practice gratitude whereas it’s possible to be really creative with it and find a way of doing it that fits your day-to-day life. https://bookishtherapy.com/2018/09/23/5-easy-ways-to-start-a-daily-gratitude-practice/

Hi thank you for commenting. I wrote an earlier post if you want to read it, however this article goes a step further. I feel gratitude for being able to get up and get dressed or for a cup of coffee. I think you can find gratitude in anything. I’m going to move forward to finding gratitude in the hard things too because it all shapes you as s person. I look forward to reading your post x
