What are you grateful for?
Gratitude, this is something I started to practice earlier this year. Gratitude for me is a method of self care and it lifts my energetic vibration.
I feel so much better, my mood is greatly increased, and it’s a good coping strategy. I believe it takes you away from the above quote of comparing ourselves to others, or when we are constantly searching for more, but we never feel like we have enough. It gives you a chance to reflect and focus your mind on something else.
Gratitude allows you to stop and think about what you have in your life, what is good about your life. I generally write in my journal a minimum of 3 things, I love writing and it takes me away from a screen. I do post on social media sites, I have posted this very picture below and I write in the notes app on my phone.
There are many more ways you can practice gratitude, use apps, your phone and you can buy a gratitude journal, although a simple note pad is sufficient.

What are you grateful for?
I’m grateful I meditated today, I don’t meditate daily but I’m getting there. I used crystals, Rose Quartz and citrine. It was a first and I enjoyed the experience.
You can be grateful for your daily cup of coffee, for the sunny day or for your family. You can be grateful for your cold glass of water, your house, your husband or wife. You can be grateful you had 5 minutes to sit down and take a deep breath and relax. Gratitude doesn’t have to be anything big it can be, as described above something simple.
Practicising gratitude daily enhances your life; it’s a time to think about what you have in your life. What is good and what is working for you; rather than looking at the negative and what isn’t working in your life. You are shifting the focus away from negative and limiting beliefs towards the positive aspects of your life.
Try the art of gratitude for one month and see how different you will feel……
