I have Graves disease, a autoimmune condition, which is a condition which produces antibodies, which attack the thyroid. It speeds up the thyroid causing you to develop hyperthyroidism. This little butterfly shaped organ In the throat controls your hormones, metabolism, causes palpitations, increased body temperature, anxiety, pretty much everything in your body and energy. I will write about this from time to time. I have also written about my experience travelling and how I’ve always found it spiritually uplifting. I will post Star spiritual affirmations, which I create myself and I hope to add meditations later.
